Após a situação ocorrida na última votação da FIFA para a atribuição do Bola de Ouro, na qual, várias personalidades do Futebol afirmaram que tinham votado no Cristiano Ronaldo, mas os votos surgiram noutro atleta, nomeadamente Messi, o Sporting vem lamentar, também, este novo episódio, que envolveu os mesmos protagonistas.

Repudiamos as palavras de Joseph Blatter, que com a posição que ocupa, não pode proferir aquelas palavras, em relação a qualquer atleta.

Cristiano Ronaldo é um atleta fabuloso e de um profissionalismo extremo que servem de exemplo a todos os jogadores, incluindo aqueles que, apesar de terem grande talento, não demonstram, no dia-a-dia, o grau de profissionalismo com que Cristiano Ronaldo encara a sua profissão, tornando-o no melhor do Mundo.
